This license agreement is a contract between you ("You" refers to the company, entity or individual who use the screensaver or wallpaper made by Eglum Software) and Eglum Software for the screensavers and wallpapers made by Eglum Software. Your use of screensavers and wallpapers made by Eglum Software indicates your understanding and acceptance of this license agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this license agreement you must remove the screensavers and wallpapers made by Eglum Software from your system and cease to use the product. The terms and conditions of this License describe the permitted use of each copy of the screensaver or wallpaper made by Eglum Software.
 
1. LICENSE GRANT
Eglum Software grants you a license to use one copy of the screensaver or wallpaper made by Eglum Software on any system. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the screensaver or wallpaper made by Eglum Software. You may not modify any screensaver or wallpaper made by Eglum Software or disable any of its licensing or control features. You may not decompile or disassemble any screensaver made by Eglum Software. This license is not transferable to any other organization or individual.
 
2. COPYRIGHT
The screensavers and wallpapers made by Eglum Software are owned and copyrighted by Eglum Software. Your license grants no title or ownership in the screensavers and wallpapers made by Eglum Software and should not be interpreted as a transfer of any right in the screensavers and wallpapers made by Eglum Software. The use and copyright of the screensavers and wallpapers made by Eglum Software is governed by international copyright treaties. Eglum Software retains full title and rights to these screensavers and wallpapers and in no way does the license diminish the intellectual property rights of Eglum Software.
 
3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
THE SCREENSAVERS AND WALLPAPERS MADE BY EGLUM SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL EGLUM SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SCREENSAVERS AND WALLPAPERS MADE BY EGLUM SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. YOU AGREE TO HOLD EGLUM SOFTWARE HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LOSSES RELATING TO USE OF THE SCREENSAVERS AND WALLPAPERS MADE BY EGLUM SOFTWARE.
