The recipient of your encrypted messages does not necessarily have to buy the full version of Eglum Encrypter. He/she can download a freeware version of the program that, however, would only allow them to decrypt your messages. If that person wants to be able to encrypt e-mail messages sent to you or to anybody else, he/she would have to buy the full version of Eglum Encrypter.
 
Eglum DecrypterLite can be obtained free of charge. It is a distributable, royalty-free program.
 
How to get the FREE DecrypterLite:
1. The program can be downloaded from this website (see the Download section).
2. You can distribute it as you see fit, royalty-free, in the following manner :

advertise information about where the program can be obtained (namely specifying the address of our website);

send the program to those you communicate with using encrypted messages, attaching the Eglum DecrypterLite to the e-mail.

post the program on your own website, so that others could download it.
Be sure to indicate that the program belongs to Eglum Software and that whoever uses the Eglum DecrypterLite must accept the terms of the License Agreement.
 

If you would like to send a notification to the person(s) you communicate with using encrypted messages, you can insert the following text into your letter:
I am offering to communicate with you using encrypted messages. I use the Eglum Encrypter to encrypt my information. You can use the same program (as a 30-day trial version), which you can download from the following website: http://www.eglum.com/encrypter/download.htm.
If you only plan on decrypting messages so that you could read them, you can download a free version of the Eglum DecrypterLite, specially designed for this purpose.
