What is the difference between Opt-In and Opt-Out?
Opt-In is a system where you collect e-mail addresses provided to you willingly by other people, which gives you permission to send out various information about the products and services that you are offering.
Opt-Out is a different system of e-mail marketing where you send out information to people that have not willingly given you their e-mail addresses, but you provide them with an opportunity to "unsubscribe" and stop receiving mail from you.
Opt-In Manager supports both of these systems (Opt-In and Opt-Out).
