This license agreement is a contract between you ("You" refers to the company, entity or individual whose funds are used to pay the license fee) and Eglum Software for the software product Eglum SpamSnare ("EGLUM SPAMSNARE"). Your use of EGLUM SPAMSNARE indicates your understanding and acceptance of this license agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this license agreement you must remove the EGLUM SPAMSNARE from your system and cease to use the product. The terms and conditions of this License describe the permitted use of each Licensed Copy of EGLUM SPAMSNARE. For purposes of this License, if you have a valid single-copy license, you have the right to use a single "Licensed Copy" of EGLUM SPAMSNARE; if you or your organization has a valid multi-user license, then you or your organization have/has the right to use up to a number of "Licensed Copies" of EGLUM SPAMSNARE equal to the number of purchased copies.
 
1. LICENSE GRANT
 
Eglum Software grants you a license to use one copy of the version of this EGLUM SPAMSNARE on any one system for as many licenses as you purchase. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the EGLUM SPAMSNARE. You may not modify EGLUM SPAMSNARE or disable any of its licensing or control features. You may not decompile or disassemble the program. You may not otherwise use, copy, modify, translate, or transfer the program, except as defined in this agreement, without permission expressed by Eglum Software in writing. When you first obtain a copy of the EGLUM SPAMSNARE, you are granted an evaluation period of not more than 30 days, after which time you must purchase the license for the EGLUM SPAMSNARE, or you must remove the EGLUM SPAMSNARE from your system. This license is not transferable to any other system, or to another organization or individual. You are expected to use EGLUM SPAMSNARE on your system and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality prior to making a purchase. This kind of approach is the ultimate guarantee that the EGLUM SPAMSNARE will perform to your satisfaction; therefore, you understand and agree that there is no refund policy for any purchase of the EGLUM SPAMSNARE.
 
2. COPYRIGHT
 
The EGLUM SPAMSNARE is owned and copyrighted by Eglum Software. Your license grants no title or ownership in the EGLUM SPAMSNARE and should not be interpreted as a sale of any right in the EGLUM SPAMSNARE. The use and copyright of this software is governed by international copyright treaties. Eglum Software retains full title and rights to this software and documentation and in no way does the license diminish the intellectual property rights of Eglum Software. You must not redistribute the registration codes provided, either on paper, electronically, or in any other form.
 
3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
 
THE EGLUM SPAMSNARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL EGLUM SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE EGLUM SPAMSNARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. YOU AGREE TO HOLD EGLUM SOFTWARE HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LOSSES RELATING TO USE OF EGLUM SPAMSNARE.
 
4. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
 
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
