Program setup - basic package includes :

Web Form Toolbox configuration, creation of profiles for each web form, configuration of each profile to the structure of a corresponding form;

Development of response templates for the preparation of replies to the messages received from your web forms; making all the required settings for these templates in the program.

Configuring the program to your POP3 and SMTP mail servers;

Installing the CGI-script on the server that you indicate;

Configuring your web forms to the CGI-script.
 
After we have completed these tasks, we will send you the files which you would need to place in the Web Form Toolbox folder, installed on your computer (where the wft.exe file is stored). The Web Form Toolbox will then be ready for use.

$65 USD : configuration of each additional web form

 
Go to the Contact us page and choose the Program setup - basic package option. In the the opened e-mail window provide the following information :

Your name

Your e-mail address

The registration code that you received from us after you purchased the license

URL's of the web forms that you are going to process with Web Form Toolbox

Information about the POP3 and SMTP servers for which you want the Web Form Toolbox to be configured (if you are using the mail programs MS Outlook or Outlook Express, then this data is NOT required)

Texts (prepared in advance) for your standard answers to submissions received from your web forms. Please indicate what data from the received submissions you would like to insert into your replies to these web forms.

Your choice of payment: credit card / check / money order / wire transfer.
 
If your server does not support CGI-scripts, or you don't have a server for placing your web forms and scripts, we can open an account for you on one of the free web hosting servers. We will also configure both the server and the program.

Design of web forms according to your requirements.
