After buying the license you acquire the right to use this program. The license is valid for one computer only. You must not use this program on other computers without buying a license for them as well.
When you buy a license you get free unlimited upgrades of the program within the first year after the purchase, plus you get all the subsequent upgrades for 25% of the full version price.
